Carol Kelly

Carol Kelly has been a resident of Annapolis for seventeen years.

She is the member of the Annapolis Transportation Board from Ward Six and is the alternate at-large member of the Annapolis Democratic Central Committee.

Now the manager of the Chase Home on Maryland Avenue, she is retired from the National Park Service, where she worked as a park ranger at the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the National Mall and as a staff member of the Chesapeake Bay Program in Annapolis.

Carol is the mother of three sons and six grandchildren, three of whom grew up in Annapolis. She is devoted to the study of historic architecture and the pursuit of civic responsibility.
