Gale Morse is a native of the Washington metropolitan area, moving to Annapolis in 2014. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering  (Northeastern University) and a master’s degree in Public Policy (Harvard Kennedy School of Government).

Her 25-year career in technology program and policy management includes positions with US Congress, the US Department of Commerce, General Electric, Lockheed Missiles and Space, and various other private sector companies. 

After retiring from engineering, Gale pursued a life long dream of helping young people reach their potential through public education.  Gale taught high school mathematics for 10 years before assuming her current position in Anne Arundel County Public Schools teaching STEM policy and business courses. 

Gale is a life long democratic activist and passionate about policy issues.  She is devoted to her family, dogs, cats and regular yoga practice.
