Tracey moved to Annapolis in 2005 after graduating from Georgetown University. After stints in both the House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate, Tracey served, from 2011- 2015, as the Director of Correspondence and Constituent Services for Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley.

In her spare time, Tracey has been a fervent campaigner on the state and local level, working for County Council, House, Senate, Congressional and Gubernatorial Candidates. The Severna Park native is also a former president of the Anne Arundel County Young Democrats. Outside of politics, Tracey is a die-hard Baltimore Orioles fan, competitive Irish rower and blue crab aficionado.
