Biography

David Frankel has been a resident in Annapolis’ Ward 7 off and on since 1977. He has served as an officer for several homeowner associations, and is an avid pickleball player. He is married (Paula), has one child (Jeremy), and one dog (Tucker). A lawyer, he has served as a NASA consultant with a focus on the NASA Advisory Council and as General Counsel for a NASA contractor. He has an extensive litigation background with a focus on local government, procurement, construction, collection, bankruptcy, and taxes. He has served as an Assistant County Attorney, as Legislative Counsel for a County Council, and as an Assistant Attorney General for Maryland.
